姚继红教授简介

姚继红教授,1988年毕业于中国医科大学临床医疗本科,1988-1991年在大连医科大学获得药理学硕士学位,留校工作至今。2001年获得生物化学专业博士学位。曾先后在泗川医学奖学金和国家教委留学基金的资助下,赴日本群马大学、美国俄亥俄州立大学作高级访问学者两年。现任大连医科大学药理教研室教授,博士生导师、药学院副院长。多年从事分子药理学的研究。五年来, 共计主持及参加国家及省市各级课题20余项。其中主持国家自然基金3项,国家863子课题1项,国家教育部课题1项,省科技厅项目2项,省教育厅重点实验室项目1项。研究成果申请国家发明专利三项,授权1项。在国内外知名杂志发表论文50余篇SCI收录论文,总影响因子达170。以责任作者发表影响因子5分以上文章7篇。获辽宁省科技进步二等奖2项(排名第二),大连市科技进步一等奖1项(主持人)。

组内研究方向:

(1)急、慢性肝损伤和肝纤维化发生分子机制及药物防治靶点的研究

中药复方及单体的作用机理尤其在分子水平的探讨,有利于传统中药及其活性化学成分的进一步开发和利用,对我国中医药现代化具有战略性意义。本课题组采用多种方法建立急、慢性肝损伤和肝纤维化病理模型,研究其病理生理过程及其相关信号转导通路;研究具有抗氧化、抗炎等作用的天然化合物(如多酚类、黄酮类化合物及某些小分子多肽)的肝保护作用,并深入研究其保护作用的分子机制。如酚酸类化合物对SIRT1、P66等转导通路作用的分子机制,可能成为这些疾病防治的新的药物作用靶点。

(2)天然化合物对药物代谢酶的作用及其转录调控通路的研究

二相药物代谢酶如醌氧化还原酶(NAD(P)H quinone oxidoreductase 1, NQO1)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(glutathione-S-transferase,GST)、血红素加氧酶(heme oxygenase-1,HO-1)等在亲电子试剂和活性氧解毒方面发挥重要的作用,后者又称为二相解毒酶(phase 2 detoxifation enzymes)或二相酶(phase 2 enzymes)。本课题组探讨天然产物如丹参酚酸类、鼠尾草酸等对二相酶的表达及活性影响,通过其上游转录因子如Nrf2/Keap1通路等诱导二相代谢酶的表达在某些氧化损伤性疾病、肿瘤等疾病的防治中发挥重要的作用。

(3) 消化器官缺血再灌注损伤及修复药物防治的分子机制研究。

本研究组近年来在整体及离体模型研究了天然提取物丹参酚酸类、迷迭香二酚类、乌苏里黎卢碱等对NF-KB、泛素蛋白酶体、Nrf2/ARE 、P66、SIRT1等转录因子和信号转导通路的作用,为其应用缺血再灌注损伤等疾病的治疗提供了重要的线索及应用依据。

本课题组研究方向应用分子生物学方法和现代分析技术对药效、药物代谢酶的作用进行深入探讨,有利于丰富中药的研究方法和相关理论,为中医药结合作用于新的药物靶点的治疗提供了实验依据。有助于传统中药及其活性化学成分的进一步开发和利用。
