一、基本情况:
李镇:男,1981年11月出生,吉林省白城市人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2005-2008年,沈阳药科大学,获得药剂学硕士学位,师从丁平田教授,同年来到大连医科大学药学院药剂教研室工作。2011~2014年,沈阳药科大学,获药剂学博士学位,师从陈大为教授。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文十余篇,先后主持国家自然科学基金、辽宁省自然科学基金等项目。入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”计划万人层次,大连市药学会科技创新药学专家库成员、大连市科技专家库成员、辽宁省科技厅计划项目专家库成员、国家自然科学基金项目函评专家。ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Molecular Pharmaceutics, Bioconjugate Chemistry, International Journal of Pharmaceutics, International Journal of Nanomedicine, Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy等SCI杂志审稿人。
二、研究方向:
1. 功能化高分子载体材料的设计与合成;
2. 肿瘤微环境敏感的纳米靶向递药体系构建;
3. 缓控释固体制剂的研发。
三、主持项目:
1. 国家自然科学基金青年项目,适配体修饰可触发释药的聚合物纳米靶向给药系统的构建及其机制研究(81302713),23万,2014.1-2016.12,项目负责人。
2. 辽宁省自然科学基金面上项目,基于“以药递药”策略构建的纳米载药系统用于逆转肿瘤耐药及抗肿瘤转移的研究(2020-MS-259),5万,2020.5-2023.5,项目负责人。
